Pettina Chocolate Sponge Cake with Granola

500gm Pettina Chocolate Sponge Cake premix
5 eggs
115gm water
75gm oil
2 servings Granola

Instructions:
1. Mix ingredients into a bowl and whisk until even.
2. Pre-heat oven to 175 celcius
3. Add mix into a baking container
4. Bake for 15 mins and add 2 serving of Shia’s Granola on top.
5. Contiue to bake for another 15mins or until cooked when tested with a skewer.
